“As a registered dietitian my aim is to promote self-awareness in my clients, so ultimately they choose what is nourishing out of desire not willpower.

I’m motivated by getting to know my patients so I can enable them to tune into their bodies, recognise what their mindset is regarding food and give them strategies on how to make better choices. Over the years I have supported many patients to enhanced health through the power of nutrition.

Joining Osler Health is a wonderful opportunity as their Lifestyle Medicine approach in aligned to my beliefs. If we make changes to what we eat today, we can affect our overall health tomorrow”.

Sophia is a Registered Dietitian and has been accredited in the United States since 2009. Her qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology (National Taiwan University, Taiwan), a Masters in Nutritional Sciences (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA), and a Bachelor in Dietetics (University of Illinois, USA).

She has 14 years of experience in clinical care, both inpatient and outpatient, with a motivational coaching style and is passionate about lifestyle changes to complement dietary enhancements.

Sophia adopts a collaborative approach with the Osler Health doctors to support patients in reaching their health goals. She is experienced in diagnosing and treating dietary concerns and provides science-based advice on nutrition.

Sophia, who is passionate about the power of nutrition, comments: “Nutrition plays a crucial role in our overall health, it’s inspiring to see the positive impact I can have on my patients’ well-being!”

She is based at both Osler Health’s clinics – Raffles Hotel Arcade and Star Vista.
