Dr Tash A Mirando

Dr Mirando graduated from the University of Sheffield (UK) in 2008. She completed her Foundation Training in England before relocating to India where she worked as a Medical Officer at the United States Embassy. Dr Mirando returned to London in General Practice, where she obtained her MRCGP and attained her membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2017. She has built an extensive portfolio working in both Private and NHS practice settings in London, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience with specialist interests in Diabetes and Chronic Disease management, Sexual and Men’s and Women’s Health including Contraception, Minor Surgery with joint injections.
Having relocated to Singapore, Dr Mirando appreciates the importance of family and family health. This plays a key role in her practice where she cares for entire families from newborn’s to adults. As a firm supporter in the education and the protection of children, she supports various charities in the UK and Sri Lanka. As a passionate supporter of women’s health, Dr Mirando is also a member of the British Menopause Society. At the forefront of Osler’s Lifestyle Medicine approach, Dr Mirando is also a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr Nicole Plesko-Altermatt

Dr Nicole Plesko-Altermatt is an experienced children’s doctor based Osler Health’s Star Vista practice. Dr Plesko-Altermatt trained in Switzerland and has extensive experience in Developmental Paediatrics where she obtained her Swiss Society of Developmental Paediatrics (SGEP), the Swiss Society of Paediatrics (SGP), and the Swiss Medical Association (FMH) qualifications. Dr Plesko-Altermatt cares for children from infancy to adolescence. With a special interest in developmental assessments (including ADHD and autism), she can support the ongoing health of all children.
Dr Nicole has a genuine interest in the holistic medical care for infants, children and adolescents; with a special focus on the development of intellectual, communicative and motor skills. She is also experienced in caring for children born prematurely or with an existing medical condition.

Dr Neil Forrest

Dr Forrest graduated from the University of Leeds with degrees in Medicine and Sports Science, and initially undertook training in Orthopaedics, becoming a member of the Royal College of Surgeons before training in General Practice.
He worked as a Family Physician in London before relocating to Singapore with his family, where he has practiced for the past 6 years.
Dr Forrest enjoys providing care for all generations of the family and has a particular interest in preventative medicine. He is experienced in all aspects of family medicine, sports and musculoskeletal medicine, minor surgical procedures and mental health. Dr Forrest also regularly sees patients concerned about sexual health, contraception (including Implanon), men’s health, and chronic disease management. Passionate about preventative health solutions for his patients, Dr Forrest is also a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr Valerie Druon

Born in France, Dr Druon is a French speaking Australian family physician who obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2000. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2007. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Family Practice Dermatology. In Singapore, she has served the international community, including French speakers for 10 years.
Dr Druon has a wide interest and extensive experience in many aspects of Family Medicine. Passionate about preventative medicine and how a holistic approach supports health outcomes, she is a member of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. She cares for children and adults and can support patients with mental health, contraception needs, health screenings, skin reviews and general health advice.

Dr Foong Tsin Uin

Dr Foong obtained her medical degree from Royal Free & UCL Medical School in London in 2000. She went to complete her postgraduate training in general practice in London, earning her membership with the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) in 2006. Later on, she underwent further training and obtained a Diploma in Dermatology from Cardiff University in 2012.
Her practice within the international community in Singapore over the last 8 years has seen her practice grow as she delivers a holistic style approach to family practice – in particular looking after children from newborns upwards, and also in the field of mental health. Passionate about providing preventative health for Osler Health patients, Dr Foong is also a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr June Tan Sheren

Dr Tan Sheren obtained her MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 1997 before attaining her postgraduate Masters of Medicine in Family Medicine. She has been in practice for more than 20 years with over half of that time providing care to the international community here. She is passionate about preventive health for children, adolescents and adults through a holistic and positive lens. She is known for her experience in women’s health, in particular menopause health and is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society.
Dr Tan Sheren brings into her practice a unique expertise in the health and wellbeing of Performing Artists – musicians, dancers, singers, actors. She has earned a Master’s degree with Distinction in Performing Arts Medicine from University College London and is the first and only doctor in Singapore thus qualified. She serves on the executive committee of Performing Arts Medicine Singapore, and acts as medical advisor to the Singapore Symphony Orchestra.
Dr Tan Sheren also serves on the Singapore board of trustees for Caring for Cambodia and has been involved with the charity for the past decade.

Dr Peter Chiu

Dr Chiu was educated primarily in the German school system from childhood and is fluent in German, English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He graduated from Heidelberg University (Germany) and the Medical University of Vienna (Austria), where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr Chiu entered into postgraduate training at the National University of Singapore and obtained the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine. He has also recently obtained his Certificate in Andrology (Men’s Health). Dr Chiu has been working within the international community of Singapore for over 6 years and is the appointed consulting physician for the German, Austrian and Swiss Embassy in Singapore.

Dr Clarice Chia Woodworth

A medical graduate from the National University of Singapore with a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Wales, College of Medicine.
Dr Chia Woodworth has been providing care for the international community in Singapore for more than 20 years and she was previously the medical director of a large international family practice group from 2001 to 2020. Dr Woodworth has been instrumental in bringing the Lifestyle Medicine approach to Singapore, and is a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
